I will do my best to help you get on track and move forward in your life!

What can I expect at my first session?

Don't worry about presenting an organized case - just relax, come in, and talk. It'll be like chatting with a friend. We'll discuss your treatment goals and strategize a game plan together. I will orient you to the process, advise you of the costs, and obtain your written informed consent before proceeding. I'll also send you off with resources to continue the transformative process at home.

I am a fee-for-service provider, which means you are directly responsible for all payments for therapy. If you have PPO insurance the relationship is legally between you and your insurer and the majority of my patients with PPOs receive reimbursements by their insurers. You might be happy to know that, under the Wellstone-Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, out-of-network mental health services are required by law to be reimbursed at the same rate as other out-of-network medical services. Credit card payment is accepted through PayPal or Square with a ten dollar surcharge.

Absolutely! My practice currently has room for individuals and couples.

Do you Ever work on a sliding scale?

I do have a few sliding scale spots but, currently, none are available. As a service to the community, I regularly work with the wonderful team over at Rose City Center where they provide therapy on a sliding scale basis.

Do you offer online sessions or teletherapy?

Yes! Life moves fast and traffic can be slow so I offer phone and Skype sessions. Get the right therapy for you – whatever the distance.

I foster a warm and safe environment and occasionally bring my therapy dog -- if you're okay with that!
